The gut-renovated four-bedroom on the market features a library that can convert to a fifth bedroom, a marble-floored foyer, a wing for bedrooms and another for entertaining. There are also oak floors with black walnut insets, custom steel doors in every room and hand-blown stained glass panels in the dining room doors.

The apartment also comes with protected views of the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden — along with sightlines to Coney Island and the Manhattan skyline.

Building amenities include a doorman, a tea garden, storage, a bike room and a gym.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Emma James.
