Workout fiend and Goop guru Gwyneth Paltrow and celeb-fitness maven Tracy Anderson will open an outpost of their popular gym, Tracy Anderson Studios, at the site of a former movie theater on East 59th Street between Second and Third avenues.

The 5,000-square-foot space has 20-foot-high ceilings. Newmark brokers Jeffrey Roseman and Marc Leber declined to comment.
