“Private Eyes” are all over this Palm Beach listing.
It has been home to G.E. Smith, former lead guitarist for Hall & Oates, and his wife, Taylor Barton-Smith, for the last year.
The couple bought the bungalow for $1.68 million last April, and have listed it for $1.99 million.
G. E. SmithGetty ImagesSmith was previously married to the late “SNL” star Gilda Radner and worked as SNL’s musical director and bandleader in the 1980s and 1990s. He performed at the 2016 Republican National Convention, and has played with rock stars including Tina Turner, Bob Dylan and the late David Bowie.
Built in 1953, the charming 1,280-square-foot home at 210 Debra Lane features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a circular drive under palm trees. There’s also a manicured, hedge-lined backyard, a large deck and a pool — all a block from the beach.
The listing broker is Matthias Fretz, of Douglas Elliman.
The Smiths, we hear, are looking to buy a bigger property in the area — perhaps something perfect for a “Rich Girl.”
