Bennifer is back and living it up in the Hamptons, where the couple was photographed over the July Fourth weekend, near J.Lo’s $10 million Bay Lane home in Water Mill, New York.
Now a neighboring home on the street at 16 Bay Lane has hit the market for $11.99 million.
The traditional, cedar shingled-style beach house, developed by Farrell Building Co., is 10,000 square feet.
It comes with eight bedrooms, five fireplaces, a solar rooftop deck with Mecox Bay and ocean views, a pool and a two-story pool house — all on 0.92 acres, with a double-gated entry.
Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez also loves the ‘hood so much that he rented a $5 million mansion a mile down the road in Bridgehampton, Page Six reported.
She’s still Jenny from the block — except this block is in the Hamptons. If you want to be her and Ben’s (both left) new neighbor, it’ll require you to buy a $12 million mansion (right). Gregg DeGuire/WireImage; The Bay Lane home that is currently on the market features white oak floors, coffered ceilings, oversize windows and custom-wood paneling.

Despite the home’s traditional exterior, inside, modern details abound, like a glass stair rail that anchors the double-height entry and a chef’s kitchen with terrace access that also opens to the great room.
That large, entertaining room comes with a fireplace and a wall of sliding doors that lead to the covered porch and pool area.

The main bedroom has a terrace overlooking the pool, a dressing area, two walk-in closets, a wall of windows and a spa-like bathroom.
The home’s lower level boasts a wet bar, lounge, gym and movie theater.
