This Hamptons waterfront gem on “Billionaire’s Lane” was built on the site of luxury jewelry designer Judith Ripka’s former home — on one of the most coveted waterfront streets along the East End — and it’s now on the market for $16.9 million.

Specifically, the gated beach dwelling, built in 2021, is across the street from the ocean on coveted Meadow Lane in Southampton.

The home stands at 1323 Meadow Lane. It’s a double-lot property on 4.4 acres, including 300 feet of water on Shinnecock Bay. Across the street, there’s a who’s who of the rich and famous, including Julia Koch, the widow of the late billionaire David Koch.

Past and present owners on Meadow Lane include billionaire hedge fund titan Ken Griffin — who bought Calvin Klein’s property — private equity titan Henry Kravis, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, hedge fund manager Dan Ochs and Dallas-based financier Gerald J. Ford.

The street is also known for the Southampton Village Heliport, at 2075 Meadow Lane — a way for the wealthy to avoid the notoriously bad highway traffic.

At 5,300 square feet, this listed estate features five bedrooms, five baths and one powder room.

Details include floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank floors, a fireplace, plus lots of indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces.

The home also features a modern chef’s kitchen that opens to the outside, and a saltwater pool.

Ripka and her husband, Ronald Berk, originally bought the land for $2.5 million in 2001, and built their residence there in 2004. They first listed it for sale in 2013 for $8.8 million. It ultimately sold for $5.2 million in 2017.

The sellers, we hear, may be moving to the oceanfront side of the street.

Listing broker Mark Greenwald, of Saunders & Associates, declined to comment.
