This 7-foot-tall athlete just landed himself a seven-figure home deal.
Basketball star Hassan Whiteside — a center who has played for pro teams including the Utah Jazz and the Miami Heat — scored a penthouse pad at The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami for $1.2 million.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a chef’s kitchen, an oversize bath with a double rain shower and light wood plank flooring.
This won’t be his main base, however. Whiteside says he will use the purchase as a pied-à-terre — and that the option to rent it “for as few as 30 days at a time makes it an attractive investment.”
Ryan Kelly, of Douglas Elliman, repped Whiteside in the deal.
