Marcia Riklis, the philanthropist and former ad executive daughter of the late Turkish-born Israeli businessman Meshulam Riklis, has bought a $6.6 million Upper East Side home at Beckford Tower, according to city property records.

That’s more than 10% off its $7.49 million asking price.

Not bad, especially since Riklis took a hit on her former co-op at 980 Fifth Ave., which she bought for $8.4 million in 2012 and had listed for sale for $6.35 million last year.

That unit later sold for the asking price in mid-March, according to city finance records.

Her new home, at 301 E. 80th St. in a new-construction building, is 2,697 square feet and comes with three bedrooms.

It opens to a foyer with herringbone floors.

There’s also an eat-in kitchen, a corner living room with 11-foot ceilings and a windowed dining room.

At the same time, Riklis is still trying to unload her 8-acre oceanfront Southampton estate on Meadow Lane for $175 million.

But back in Manhattan, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handled sales and marketing for the Upper East Side property.
