At age 39, NHL goaltending great Henrik Lundqvist has announced his retirement following open heart surgery.

“It’s all still fresh,” he said. “I decided only a few days ago. But I am at peace.”

But the home once owned by the 15-season face of the New York Rangers just won’t quit — it is back on the market for $2.99 million.

The Upper West Side home is at the Bromley, a 1980s condo at 225 W. 83rd St.

The chic, 20th-floor unit is 1,299 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It boasts 10-foot ceilings, wide plank oak floors, surround sound and views of the Hudson River.

There’s also custom closets and doors, an open chef’s kitchen with a four-seat breakfast bar and a second soundproofed bedroom that doubles as a home office.
