Architect Charles Renfro, of Diller Scofidio + Renfro, has purchased a home at 249 W. 29th St. in an off-market deal, according to city property records.

The co-op is in an Art Deco building that dates to 1924.

The sellers are listed as Tia and Mary Wou.

Tia Wou purchased the spread for $1.12 million in 2004, public records also show.

Fittingly, this home is located near the famed High Line park, which Renfro helped design.

Renfro was repped by Corcoran brokers Irene Lo and Lawrence Carty.
