Top-gun Compass broker Hervé Senequier sold his renovated Flatiron loft apartment at 105 Fifth Ave. for its full $2.65 million asking price.

The fourth-floor co-op is 1,765 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. He bought it for $1.65 million in 2008, public records show.

The apartment features a gallery entry that leads to a living/dining room with 12-foot ceilings and 9-foot sound-proof windows.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances.

Of course, Senequier repped the listing.
