A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home situated by a golf course “popular with British prime ministers” has hit the market for $1.57 million.

And, according to Jam Press, it’s a perfect escape for “big swinger” Liz Truss. By that, the outlet is referring to the soon-to-be-former prime minister previously sharing a snap of herself swinging a club, with the hashtag #bigswinger. She’ll have more time on her hands before long, and that means opportunities to hit the green.

Known as Greenways, the 16th-century cottage stands in the market town of Princes Risborough, in southeast England, and overlooks the Whiteleaf Golf Club.

The club is just a short distance from the prime minister’s residence in Chequers.

Originally designed in 1907, Whiteleaf, according to the estate agent, has long been a popular stomping ground for politicians.

The house features an annex, four reception rooms, and has been renovated while maintaining its original character, which includes exposed timbers and inglenook fireplaces, according to Jam Press.

The annex, for its part, comes with its own kitchen, a sitting room, a bedroom and a shower — and can be used as a vacation rental property.

Entering through the front porch, the first floor leads to the foyer, a kitchen and a breakfast room with its own original bread oven — as well as a dining room, a sitting room with a fireplace, a greenhouse and two bedrooms.

The sunroom boasts panoramic views of the nearby landscape and the formal dining room has a table with space for 10.

Outdoor features include a rear garden.
