The Midtown home of the late Pierre Cossette, the Quebec native who famously produced the first Grammy Awards in 1971, has hit the market for $3.49 million.

This is where Cossette, who died in 2009 at age 85 of heart failure, lived for 30 years with his now-widow, Tony-winning Broadway producer Mary Cossette.

The two-bedroom home was designed by the late architect Cesar Pelli. It’s on the 37th floor at Museum Tower, located at 15 W. 53rd St.

At 1,917 square feet, it features a windowed kitchen, a large living/dining area with herringbone walnut floors and 9-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.

Building amenities include a doorman, a concierge, laundry, and valet and housekeeping services.

There’s also a gym, media and conference rooms, a business center and a roof terrace overlooking MoMA’s sculpture garden.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Katherine Casey, the Cossettes’ granddaughter.
