A Hong Kong businessman repped by Corcoran’s Tom Titone has bought the 58th-floor model apartment at One57, the first “billionaire’s building” on 57th Street, what is now known as “Billionaires’ Row.”
He paid $24.59 million, down from its $27 million asking price. (It was originally asking $28.5 million furnished, excluding artwork).

The Hong Kong businessman loved the apartment’s setup so much that he bought everything in it — from the furniture to the forks.
The unit, as we have previously reported, includes custom work by Brooklyn-based artisans including a bespoke paint made by adding one pound of shimmery German eyeshadow per gallon to give the walls an iridescent look.
The three-bedroom, 3½-bath unit comes with custom-made low seating and tall sculptures to highlight the dramatic visual elements of the space, including picture-perfect views of Central Park.
