Hoteliers Neil and Jennifer Sazant just sold their bayfront North Miami home for $10 million.
The Sazants are the former owners of the historic Sagamore Hotel South Beach, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
They sold the hotel in 2016 for $63 million in 2016 — one month after Jennifer Sazant’s father, Marty Taplin, fell to his death from a Bal Harbour condo tower.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 1995 NE 118th Road in San Souci is a boater’s dream.
It comes with 200 feet on the water, with views from Indian Creek Island to Miami.
