A massive Texas mansion perched atop a mountain — and isolated from everything else — is up for sale at a whopping $13 million.

Located in Austin and overlooking Lake Travis, the home is situated on more than 13 acres of land and spans a colossal 18,000 square feet.

One-third of the mountain had to be removed to build the estate, which was completed in 2010 after four years of construction.

According to the listing, the idea was to create a place that was reserved for “optimum privacy with commanding lake and hill country views.”

Property records show the home is currently owned by Texas real estate mogul Trinidad Mendenhall, who also co-founded Fiesta Mart—  a 45-store grocery chain in Texas — with her late husband in 1972.

Pegged as the “lake house you’ve dreamed about,” the custom-built residence is made up of six bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

The comment section of the popular @zillowgonewild account showed that many individuals were confused Austin had this variety.

“This is the most un-Austin thing I have ever seen in Austin,” joked one person.

“I’m suddenly rethinking everything I knew about Austin, Texas,” another said. “A lake? Mountains? Since when? Are we sure?”
