One of house music’s most successful breakout artists, DJ John Summit, closed out this month’s Miami Music Week with the purchase of a residence at the Marquis in Downtown Miami for $1.65 million, The Post has learned.

Made up of three bedrooms and four baths, the nearly 2,400-square-foot spread boasts panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

Located at 1100 Biscayne Blvd., features include two private elevators opening directly into the unit, an open floor plan with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling impact glass and porcelain floors — plus two master suites with frameless glass enclosed showers, dual sinks and walk-in closets.

It also has Crestron audio and lighting, linear diffusers, a custom built-in bar and a hidden projector in the living room.

Building amenities include a spa, a fitness center, pools, a 24-hour concierge/valet and services by the Gabriel Hotel.

The unit has been described as “the only floor plan of its kind in the entire building.”

Jaclyn Bild of Douglas Elliman represented the seller while the buyer was represented by Nick Foley of Compass.

Summit, who has played live at Ultra Miami and EDC Las Vegas, also headlined the closing party at Factory Town in Miami on Sunday.

His hits include “Where You Are” and “La Danza.”
