Actress Kristen Connolly — who played Christina Gallagher on Netflix’s “House of Cards” and Jamie Campbell on CBS’s “Zoo” — and her husband, Stephen O’Reilly, have listed their Boerum Hill home for $2.25 million. (They bought the unit at 465 Pacific St. for $1.9 million in 2017.)

This corner condo features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 13 oversized windows.

It comes with an open kitchen, a living/dining area with lots of natural light and oil-finished oak floors. There’s also custom wallpaper and window treatments by designer Anna Burke.

“We thought we’d be here a long time,” Connolly tells Gimme Shelter. But now the pair has adorable baby Aidan, born eight months ago. “We grew up in the suburbs, and we want a backyard and to be closer to our families,” she adds.

So they are moving to Montclair, NJ, where Connolly is from. Connolly says she chose this Brooklyn apartment, in part, because she loved the neighborhood — quiet, but still filled with culture and restaurants.

She also loves the building’s architect, Morris Adjmi, who created a more modern structure that still fits in with the neighborhood.

The boutique building offers bike storage, a double-height residents’ lounge, a children’s playroom, a gym and a landscaped roof terrace.

The home also includes a storage unit, and parking in the building is available. “I hope whoever owns it will love it as much as we did,” Connolly says.

The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Jessica Levy Buchman, Kristin Miller and Bryan Rettaliata.
