If you follow “House of Cards” on Netflix, you probably feel uneasy watching Michael Kelly’s stellar performance as creepy Doug Stamper, a political operative/chief of staff with an alcohol problem who would kill (literally) for his presidential boss.

In reality, though, Kelly is a family guy who, together with his wife, Karyn Mendel, has listed their apartment at 568 Grand St. on the Lower East Side for $1.29 million.

Fans, take note: Kelly will still live in the building — just one floor up. He decided to buy an additional unit one floor up, our spies say, and plans to combine it with his existing pad next door for more space.

He has since scrapped plans for a duplex that would have combined the first upper apartment he bought with this pad below that he’s put on the market.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op was renovated by architect Gregory Colston. The light-filled space features wide-plank oak floors, custom radiator enclosures, surround sound and LED lighting.

There’s also an open kitchen and a “spa-like” master bathroom with marble touches. Building amenities include a gym, playroom, community room and two private gated parks. Halstead’s Jeremy Bolger, Neal Young and Anna Shagalov have the listing.
