Bethenny Frankel, one of the original members of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” is relisting her Soho apartment for $4.37 million — down from its 2017 asking price of $5.25 million.

That’s a 17 percent reduction.

Frankel bought the condo at 22 Mercer St. for $4.2 million in 2014, according to city records.

The stunning loft-like pad is smart-wired and measures a roomy 2,392 square feet.

It has two bedrooms, a woodburning fireplace and a small balcony — the only one of its kind in the 16-unit boutique building. The 25-foot-wide great room boasts 14-foot ceilings and three triple-paned arched windows. There’s also an open kitchen and two wine refrigerators in an adjacent butler’s pantry.

The building features a landscaped roof deck.

Frankel, the 48-year-old founder of the Skinnygirl empire, is dating Paul Bernon, 41, co-founder of the Burn Later film company.

The listing broker is Leonard Steinberg, of Compass.
