The estate of the late Broadway star Ann Crumb is listing her Brooklyn Heights co-op for $1.99 million.

That’s down from its original pre-pandemic ask of $2.75 million.

The striking residence, at 99 Clinton St., is inside a former 19th-century gothic church, with 25-foot-high cathedral ceilings and massive stained-glass windows.

“It’s the kind of dramatic environment a Broadway star would thrive in. And that makes sense, as Ann was a Broadway star,” said listing broker Richard Murray, of Keller Williams.

Crumb, who died of cancer in 2019, starred in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Aspects of Love.”

She was also nominated for a Tony Award for her role as “Anna Karenina,” and she was a cast member of the original “Les Miserables.”

The three-bedroom unit is 2,500 square feet. It features 23-foot-high ceilings, four large stained-glass windows, skylights, a chef’s kitchen, private entrance and outdoor space.
