Ice cream czar Rohan Mirchandani just bought himself a sweet treat.

Mirchandani and his wife, Anita, closed on a $3 million unit at the Carlton House, at 21 E. 61st St.

Mirchandani is the CEO and co-founder of Hokey Pokey Ice Creams, which he reportedly named after the 19th- and early-20th-century ice cream vendors in New York who were called hokey pokey men.

The 1,125- square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the sixth floor was asking $2.95 million.

We also noticed that the $65 million Carlton House penthouse closed this week for $52 million, according to city property records.
