These twin brothers are identical, but their homes are actually fraternal.

Robert Lewin, the chiropractor who launched the 1-800-411-PAIN accident victim referral company, is selling the neighboring estates he built for himself and his identical twin brother, Harley Lewin.

“Being twins, we’ve always been so close, so it didn’t feel right not living close to one another,” Robert told the Wall Street Journal, comparing being away from his brother to “trying to clap with one hand.”

Living just across a private, fishable bass-filled pond from each other on the Southwest Ranches, Florida property made COVID “much more manageable,” he added. With the pandemic ebbing and the brothers preparing for their children to head off for college, though, they’ve decided their respective 16,980-square-foot and 14,484-square-foot houses are a little too big “for just a few empty-nesters.” So they’re selling them off — and considering moving in to a single home together.

“The umbilical cord will be reconnected,” Robert said of possibly sharing an address with his brother.

Robert calls 13000 Lewin Lane home, while Harley is next door at the slightly smaller 13001 Lewin Lane. The listing — which is held by Jill Eber, Jon Mann and Jill Hertzberg of the Jills Zeder Group, and Kyle Sorel of No Limit Real Estate — is for the combo pack of both addresses. It is currently listed for $54 million.

“You have all the luxury amenities and comfort of a resort without ever having to leave your home,” Eber told The Post of the gated 11-acre offering. “Additionally, there is plenty of open land available on the property where you can build horse stables or a club house.”

Completed in 2020, the houses are alike in design choices. Robert’s house, however, is significantly grander, and features seven bedrooms, a private guest house, eight full bathrooms, a custom stone staircase, a custom crystal chandelier and, in the primary suite, a two-story closet, all set on 7.6 acres. Harley’s home, meanwhile, has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, a custom bar, two non-custom chandeliers and a very big fish tank, set on 3.6 acres.

Both homes have pools and air-conditioned garages.
