Influential British artist Tracey Emin has sold her Miami condo for $420,000 — the same price she paid for it in 2013.
Emin, whose own unmade bed — complete with empty vodka bottles, underwear, cigarettes and rumpled sheets — sold for $4.3 million in 2014 as an art installation, has been sadly fighting an aggressive cancer.
But she said the pandemic’s isolation has led her to be surprisingly prolific during her recent lockdown in London.
Her former Miami condo, at 5700 Collins Ave., features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with hardwood floors and hurricane-proof windows.
Building amenities include a gym, a yoga room, a sauna and a creek-front pool. The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Zachary Belil.
