Billionaire Dallas Mavericks owner and “Shark Tank” investor Mark Cuban has bought a $19 million oceanfront home in California’s Laguna Beach.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom contemporary home is 7,867 square feet. It is part of the Montage resort complex that includes concierge, housekeeping and room service, and it was their priciest sale of the year, the Orange County Register reports.

The smart-wired home features a chef’s kitchen, wine cellar, theater, gym and media room or “mancave.” The home has plenty of mahogany-and-glass doors that “disappear into the walls,” merging indoor and outdoor living space.

At least this home will be more manageable than Cuban’s 23,700-square-foot, 10-bedroom Dallas mansion, where he reportedly didn’t furnish parts of the home for years — preferring to use the open space to Rollerblade and play Wiffle ball, according to a Forbes story.

The listing brokers were Villa Real Estate’s John and Tyler Stanaland; Coldwell Banker’s Tim Smith repped the buyer.
