True to her lyrics, she must have followed the sound of her heart.

Charli XCX, the 23-year-old “Boom Clap” and “I Love It” songstress, has purchased a 4,423-square-foot, four-bedroom spread in Hollywood Hills, Calif., for $2.81 million, according to the property snoops at Trulia.

Befitting the singer’s English origins (and, surprisingly, not her edgy nature), the home, which dates back to 1927, was built in the Tudor style. The fully restored pad has floor-to-ceiling windows, a two-story living room and all the charming details you’d expect.

The master suite has sloped ceilings, while hand-carved doors, brick fireplaces and exposed beams appear around the house.

Elizabeth Malloy of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage repped this listing.
