Want more proof that the Chinese love to live large? Check out the country’s most expensive listing on the market: a 32 bedroom, 32 bathroom pad on sale for a cool $154 million.
Listed on real estate website Mansion Global, which is also owned by The Post’s parent company, News Corp, the 72,414-square foot estate is located in Suzhou, China, just 62 miles northwest of Shanghai.
The garden home is nicknamed “taohuayuan,” meaning “utopia,” and it lives up to its title. Located on Dushu Lake, China’s biggest lake, the estate features a mist-covered pond, a swimming pool and massive wine cellar.
Even with its sky-high asking price, there are already offers on the table.
“There are quite a few overseas clients who have showed their interests in this unique property,” listing agent Juan Zhao Feng told Mansion Global.
