Jessica Chastain’s downtown digs are on the market.
Last March, as Page Six reported, “The Huntsman: Winter’s War” star traded in her 250 Mercer St. duplex for a $5.2 million co-op on West 57th Street.
Jessica ChastainRe/Star Max/Newscom via ZUMA PressShe first listed her Village pad as an $11,500-a-month rental before putting it back on sale this month for $1.8 million.
The Observer first reported the listing.
The 39-year-old actress was hardly slumming before heading uptown.
That prewar, two-bedroom, two-bath co-op, which she bought in 2012 for $1.2 million, boasts a renovated marble bathroom, circular oak staircase and wood-burning fireplace.
Her new four-bedroom Midtown pad — just across the street from Carnegie Hall — once belonged to “West Side Story” composer Leonard Bernstein, who lived there until 1974. Chastain purchased the luxe co-op last year with her boyfriend, Count Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo, an executive at fashion brand Moncler.
Douglas Elliman’s Kirsten Jordan, the listing broker, declined to comment.
