The name Michael Rubin has surfaced quite a bit in the past few days after a slew of celebrities posted on their social media from his Hamptons estate celebrating an epic July 4 party.

Tom Brady, Robert Kraft, Kim Kardashian, Usher, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Kenny Chesney, Jack Harlow, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, Kevin Hart and French soccer player Kylian Mbappé were some of the big name stars in attendance.

Rubin — the CEO of Fanatics, the “world’s leading provider of licensed sports merchandise” — hosted the big bash at his over 8,100 square-foot oceanfront manse.

He was also the former co-owner of the Philadelphia 76ers.

The e-commerce retailer purchased the four-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in 2020 in an off-market deal from Ziel Feldman, the founder of the real estate development company, HFZ Capital Group.

The home has since seen massive renovations, with the exterior being transformed into a more contemporary-style residence, going from the original shingle style to a sleek, white modern look.

Feldman had purchased the property in 2000 for $4.35 million before redeveloping it eight years later. In 2014, after it was intentionally set on fire by a man with a history of mental illness, Feldman renovated and expanded the property. It then became much more desirable to potential buyers.

Situated on nearly two acres of land, the property boasts an oceanfront view on one side and a view of Mecox Bay on the other.

Features include a pool, spa, sauna, tennis court and upper-level deck for al fresco dining. There is also a separate viewing deck with a jacuzzi. The home has also been adorned with solar panels.

Rubin has hosted several Fourth of July parties. This year, he enlisted several medical personnel to look after any injured guests.

“You want someone who people are gonna love to be around, who are gonna be the life of the party, you’re gonna add value there,” Rubin told Barstool in April.

“I had someone offer me a million dollars to get two people in last year, to donate to charity, I’m like, you can’t buy your way into this party.”

“We have 90 security [guards at the party]. People try to sneak in through the bushes. It’s crazy.”

Meanwhile, Rubin has been on a real estate shopping spree. He owns another, similar home on the same street, which he purchased for about $25 million in the same year.

In 2018 he paid more than $40 million for a downtown Manhattan penthouse.

Rubin, 50, dropped out of Villanova University and started GSI Commerce, which he sold to eBay in 2011 for $2.4 billion.

He kept his sports merchandise company as well as Rue Gilt Groupe and ShopRunner in the deal, according to Forbes, which estimates his net worth at $11.5 billion.
