Official co-founder Oren Alexander and his new bride, model Kamila Hansen — whose wedding was in Vogue — just bought a three-bedroom, 4½-bath oceanfront condo at the Perigon, the OMA-designed Miami Beach condo tower.
Prices there start at $4.15 million.
The 4,869-square-foot unit comes with 1,542 square feet of outdoor space.

Amenities and services include a private restaurant and speakeasy from Shaun Hergatt, the chef who also reigns over the private dining scene at 432 Park Ave., where Oren’s brother and Official co-founder Tal Alexander also owns a unit.
The Perigon also includes a breakfast lounge, a wine room and gardens from Gustafson Porter + Bowman, the landscape architects responsible for the Eiffel Tower’s redesigned green spaces.
