Controversial TikTok real estate investor Tom Cruz paid a hefty $17.75 million for a tricked-out Miami mansion, dubbed Villa Q, on double-gated Belle Meade Island.

The bay-front home, at 1125 Belle Meade, was built last year.

At 8,222 square feet, the four-story home features six bedrooms, six baths, two powder rooms and a 14-car garage.

Cruz was infamously called out on TikTok in 2021 after he posted his “Forbes Friends List” — a spreadsheet that listed friends by details like their incomes, vacation budgets and relationship status.

Viewers were particularly offended by a nickname, “Broke Bobby,” for one friend earning $125,000 a year.

Cruz declined to comment.

The home features an elevator, a soundproof theater, an infinity pool, a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area and 75 feet on the water with a dock.

The second floor is open, for entertaining, featuring Italian porcelain floors, a wine cellar, custom built-ins and lighting, two terraces and water views. The third level boasts four bedrooms with ensuite baths, while the fourth floor opens to a roof terrace with views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay.

Cruz was repped by Minette and Ida Schwartz of Compass. The seller, Hugo Ledezma, was represented by Michelle Shurtleff and Nancy Batchelor of Compass.
