Interior designer Amie Weitzman and David Adler have sold their townhouse at 327 W. 101st Street, by Riverside Park, for $7.25 million. The buyers are Liam and Kristine Lynch.
The four-story home, which was asking $7.99 million last year, is 4,520 square feet and 20 feet wide.
It comes with four bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms, along with an additional staff bedroom and bathroom.
The renovated home features lots of storage space, along with restored original details including a central staircase, pocket doors and fireplace mantels.
The townhouse, which is smart-wired, also features a large landscaped Zen garden with a slate patio and wooden built-ins, according to the listing, and around 3,480 square feet of additional buildable space.
The sellers bought the home for $3.8 million in 2004, records show.
Weitzman’s interior design firm, Weitzman Halpern Interior Design, did the renovations.
The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Steven Cohen and Robert Varvara.
