Haro Keledjian, co-founder of fashion-boutique chain Intermix, and his wife, former Intermix fashion director Sari Sloane, have listed their West Village home for $15 million.

Beirut-born Keledjian and his brother Khajak fled war-torn Lebanon in the 1980s and founded the fashion chain with a single New York store in 1993. By 2012, they sold it to the Gap for $130 million.

Keledjian and Sloane have gone on to launch Everafter, a children’s boutique, and the Westside, a casual California lifestyle company. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom duplex at 150 Charles St. is a sprawling 3,673 square feet and features additional outdoor space.

Building amenities include a motor court, a children’s playroom, a gym and a 75-foot-long pool. Keledjian bought the unit for $11.7 million in 2015 through an LLC, according to property records.

The listing brokers are Darren Sukenik and Benjamin Glazer of Compass.
