Italian fashion designer Renato Balestra is listing his Miami Beach condo for $4.7 million, The Post has learned.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom pad is at Murano Grande, located at 400 Alton Road. It measures 3,000 square feet and comes with an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a large balcony and ocean views.

Balestra, who was born in the northeastern Italian city of Trieste, has designed clothes for nobility-level clients, including the Iranian Empress Farah Diba and the queen of Thailand.

Murano Grande was previously home to the rapper and record producer Timbaland, who sold his unit there in 2013 for $4.8 million — just under the $5.2 million asking price.

Building amenities include a gym, spa, restaurant, pool and tennis court.

Paolo Coniglio of Douglas Elliman has the listing.
