For the first time in its 33 year history of launching showhouses, Time Inc.’s Coastal Living showhouse will be in the Hamptons, at 272 Brick Kiln Road in Bridgehampton.

Public tours launch June 10th. The developer is Touch of Grey, Meg Braff is the designer and the architecture firm is Fred Throo Architects.

The 6,800-square-foot home will feature six bedrooms, a pool, pool house, tennis court, gym and wine cellar.
