Serial real estate collector Mickey Drexler, current chairman and former CEO of fashion label J. Crew, has put his beach home at 120 Beach Lane in Wainscott back on the market for $21.5 million — down from its original $26.5 million asking price in 2014.

Drexler bought the spread for $17 million in 2008, according to reports.

Located between Wainscott Pond and the Atlantic Ocean, the 3,500-square-foot property sits on 2.3 acres and comes with 315 feet of ocean frontage. It features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, double-height ceilings and large picture windows.

There’s also a gourmet chef’s kitchen overlooking the pond, wraparound decks and a wooden boardwalk with direct private access to the beach.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Paul Brennan and Ronald White. Drexler, who sold Andy Warhol’s former Montauk estate for a whopping $50 million in 2015, had his Tribeca home at 140 Franklin St. on the market for $35 million in 2015 before dropping the price to $19.95 million earlier this year.

That Manhattan dwelling appears to have been taken off the market over the summer, according to StreetEasy.
