The four-bedroom home measures 2,755 square feet and features Hudson River views. There’s a windowed eat-in kitchen, a corner great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a master bedroom with three walk-in closets.

Building amenities include 40,000 square feet of “play space” with a gym, a pool, a Pilates room, a dance studio, a double-lane bowling alley, a basketball court, a squash court, a steam room, a sauna and a courtyard with hammocks.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Andrew Azoulay, while we hear that Elliman’s Alexander Boriskin and Michael Lorber repped the buyer.
