The foyer opens to a large living/dining room, with French doors leading to an 870-square-foot landscaped terrace with a custom gazebo, and separate seating and dining areas. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a home office.

Beers designed the apartment, which also boasts a lot of built-ins and is wired for sound.

Building amenities include a doorman, a garage, a gym and bike storage.

The couple is heading to 277 Fifth Ave., where Beers designed the interiors and amenities, as we previously reported.

The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Caroline Holl, Stephen Geller and Michael Russell.
