While Jennifer Lopez is busy searching for a California abode with Ben Affleck, she is still having trouble unloading her $25 million Manhattan penthouse — which has been on the market for nearly four years now, The Post has learned.

Lopez, 52, first listed the property in October 2017 for $26.95 million — three years after she initially purchased the duplex penthouse in Flatiron for $20.16 million, property records show.

According to one insider, Lopez listed the home, located at the Whitman nearby Madison Square Park, after realizing it wasn’t the most private of places to live.

“It really isn’t ideal for her there,” the source explained.

But in 2019, without any offers, the home took a $1.96 million price cut. Still, however, it wasn’t enough to entice a buyer and the home remains for sale today.

The Post has reached out to J.Lo’s reps for comment.

Made up of four bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the penthouse has been described as “the crown jewel of The Whitman Mansion,” according to the listing.

J.Lo’s real estate portfolio also includes a Hamptons property she purchased in 2013 for $10 million and a $28 million Bel Air estate she bought in 2016.

Before their split earlier this year, Lopez and Alex Rodriguez shelled out $32.5 million for a 15,000-square-foot Miami Beach estate.
