“Dallas” actor Jesse Metcalfe is on the house hunt and recently eyed (and really liked!) a penthouse at Seven East Village — a new boutique luxury building at 277 E. Seventh St.

There are two penthouses in this building — both priced just north of $2 million — which boast two bedrooms, two bathrooms and their own nearly 500-square-foot rooftop terrace space.

These units also have heated floors and collapsible floor-to-ceiling glass panel windows.

Listing broker and star of “Million Dollar Listing New York” Ryan Serhant — who took over sales here last month from Urban Compass — hosted a launch party for the building on Tuesday and tossed in a Vespa give-away.

Celeb neighbors in the ’hood include David Schwimmer and Cynthia Nixon.
