Greg Kwiat, the CEO of Fred Leighton Ltd. and CFO of Kwiat Enterprises, and wife Alexandra are moving on up.

They have sold their 1,633-square-foot, two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom apartment at 206 E. 73rd St. for $2.67 million, according to city property records.

As Gimme Shelter previously reported, they will be moving to 19 E. 88th St., where they liked a four-bedroom apartment so much that they paid $5.29 million for it — over its $5.18 million asking price.

Kwiat helped transition his family’s 100-year-old diamond business into a glitzy celeb brand with clients like Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman and Jessica Alba.
