Jewelry designer David Yurman and his wife, Sybil, just bought a new apartment for $9.975 million.

The top-floor penthouse 6B at 481 Greenwich St. — a six-story 1909 building — is adjacent to the couple’s 4,6770-square-foot penthouse 6C, which they bought for $6.27 million in 2004.

The new three-bedroom unit has 4,579 square feet and features exposed brick, 15-foot ceilings, original columns, hardwood floors, multiple skylights and a hot tub. Did we mention 3,675 square feet of outdoor space and a private elevator?

Yurman’s privately held jewelry company was founded in 1980.
