Jewelry boss Lauren Sharfman, co-founder of luxe brand Ippolita — makers of cool and colorful fine jewelry, donned by celebs including Jennifer Lopez — has branched into staging homes for sale.

Her second project, 10 Holly Lane in Water Mill, is now on the market for $9.95 million.

The 6,950-square-foot traditional shingle-style home is on 1 acre and includes mature cherry and ginkgo trees, a pool, a 50-foot pergola and lots of indoor/outdoor entertaining areas.
