Former “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jill Zarin sold her Upper East Side home for $3.25 million earlier this week.

It had been on the market asking $3.29 million since last October, as Gimme Shelter previously reported.

The apartment, at 401 E. 60th St., is where Zarin lived for 18 years. “It was a real home for Jill and her family,” a friend close to the reality star tells Gimme Shelter.

Her husband, Bobby, died in 2018 of cancer. Episodes of “RHONY” were filmed there as well.

The 2,000-square-foot unit on the 30th floor comes three bedrooms. This week, Page Six reported that Zarin also moved into her new penthouse — a $9,995-a-month Sutton Place penthouse rental that, she says, is a combo of a one-bedroom and studio unit. On Wednesday, Zarin’s boyfriend Gary Brody was spotted ordering an engagement ring in Midtown.

The interior is 1,500 square feet while the terrace is a substantial 1,400 square feet, and the studio kitchen is now the master suite’s massive walk-in closet.

The penthouse was also once home to actor Van Johnson, a popular MGM star in the 1940s and 1950s.

The Upper East Side unit was on the market with Douglas Elliman’s Jessica Cohen and Jennifer Vandekieft, and Empire State Properties’ Suzanne Miller.

Stribling’s Marcy Grau brought in the buyer.
