Somewhere, Tamara Mellon, OBE, is kicking up her heels.

The British shoe designer who co-founded Jimmy Choo and has just relaunched her eponymous shoe line, which she is celebrating in LA with her friend Michael Ovitz, has just snagged an eighth-floor, 3,965-square-foot unit at The Greenwich Lane, 155 W. 11th St., for $18.35 million — just above its $18 million asking price, according to city property records.

Real estate blog Curbed first reported the deal for this three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom buy.

Also this month, Mellon dropped the price of her larger Upper East Side penthouse at 3 E. 95th St. from $27 million to $25 million; it’s listed with Corcoran’s Jeff Lorenz.

The five-bedroom, 6½-bathroom penthouse is 7,140 square feet. It’s in the Carhart Mansion, with a limestone facade, that dates to the early 20th century.

Hey, some folks might consider the price a bargain — it was asking a whopping $34 million in 2014.

As for her new downtown digs, it comes with a private elevator landing, a chef’s kitchen with designs by Thomas O’Brien of Aero Studios, and a master suite with its own terrace and floor-to-ceiling glass windows — along with a spa bathroom and a large walk-in closet, of course.

Neighbors include fellow top designer Michael Kors, who purchased a posh penthouse, and baseball superstar David Cone and wife Taja Abitbol.
