Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have just listed their sprawling mansion in Los Angeles’ Encino neighborhood for $16.7 million.

The move comes less than a year after welcoming their first child, Willa, into the world.

Jonas, 31, and Turner, 25, first purchased the home for $14.1 million in 2019, the same year Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra bought a $20 million estate in the same upscale neighborhood.

Made up of nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, the home spans a massive 15,000 square feet and sits on almost an acre of land.

Compass real estate agent Carl Gambino told the Wall Street Journal that the “Game of Thrones” star and the Jonas Brothers singer have “invested significant resources” into the home, and compared it to a “high-end boutique hotel.”

Jonas and Turner tied the knot in Las Vegas on May 1, 2019, after three years of dating.

Last summer, they also attempted to sell their Nolita apartment in New York City, but it has since been taken off the market.
