Kaspar Basse — founder of Joe & The Juice, the international juice and coffee chain — has just listed his Soho penthouse for $6.99 million.
He bought the top-floor pad at 63 Greene St. for $5.85 million last year.

Basse took Joe & The Juice from a single outpost in Copenhagen to more than 200 locations internationally, including shops from New York to Sydney.
His 2,178-square-foot, two-bedroom loft features brick barrel-vaulted ceilings.
It’s smart-wired, with Lutron lighting, motorized blackout shades in the bedrooms, Bang and Olufsen audio and a 100-bottle custom wine room.
The private roof deck has four heaters to “extend the terrace season,” according to Corcoran listing brokers Douglas Albert and Brian Rice.
