Emma Bloomberg, the daughter of billionaire ex-Mayor Mike Bloomberg — who reportedly called President-elect Donald Trump this week in an effort to repair their fractured relationship — and her husband, Christopher Frissora, are selling their gorgeous Tribeca loft, which is now on the market for $3.5 million.

The couple bought the second-floor prewar pad at 62 Beach St. for $2.45 million in 2007. One of the folks who recently toured the space was rocker John Cougar Mellencamp, our spies say.

Mellencamp recently split from Christie Brinkley, following a three-year relationship with Meg Ryan. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is 1,528 square feet.

It features an open chef’s kitchen with a farmhouse sink, along with high-beamed ceilings, two brick archways, lots of ball-gown-ready closets, custom lighting and elongated windows.
