It’s signed, and Bon Jovi reportedly surprised its buyer, real-estate exec David Kuperberg, with the gift when he bought the apartment, says the listing broker, Corcoran’s Larry Schier. No word yet on whether or not the guitar comes with the apartment or goes with Kuperberg.
Bon Jovi has lived downtown, in a variety of stellar places, ever since — from the penthouse at 158 Mercer St., which he sold for $34 million in 2015, to a duplex at 150 Charles St., which he just sold for $15 million.
His most recent purchase, for $18.94 million, is a four-bedroom at the Greenwich Lane.
The Park Millennium apartment is 2,727 square feet and on the 28th floor.
It features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and views of Central Park and Lincoln Center. Details include lots of custom woodwork in the foyer, library and living room. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and a 260-bottle wine refrigerator, along with a custom audiovisual system and motorized blackout shades.
