Artist Julian Schnabel’s ex-wife, clothing and textile designer Olatz Lopez Garmendia, is listing her newly renovated townhouse at 38 King St. as a $39,000-a-month rental.

She bought the 20-foot-wide home for $5.5 million in 2009 just before news of her split with Schnabel became public.

The Federal-style home is 4,256 square feet and has a newly finished basement.

The listing brokers are Brown Harris Stevens’ Paula Del Nunzio and Alina Pedroso.
