Novelist Peter Moore Smith, author of “Raveling” and “Los Angeles” — and brother of Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore — is in contract to sell his three-bedroom, two-bathroom Tribeca loft.
The unit is located at 22 Warren St., where he lived with wife Brigette and their son Wolfgang, known as “Wolfie.”
Moore Smith won the 2000 Pushcart Prize for his short story, “Oblivion, Nebraska,” which was adapted into a 2006 film.
The full-floor loft, which was most recently asking $2.99 million, opens into the living/dining area with 11-foot ceilings and a flashy open chef’s kitchen.
After nearly 20 years in Tribeca, we hear he’s taking his family to Brooklyn. The listing broker is Gina Gee, of Town Residential.
